Retail Runner conveniently delivers your items within a 20km radius from Melbourne Central. By using this service, you can send your bags home, to your work or hotel. You can also send items as a gift to a friend! Book your service from any of our nominated stores by using your App or head to the Guest Services desk located on Level 1. So, if you are heading out, catching a packed train home or just don’t want to be dragged down by arms full of shopping, no worries! Book your Retail Runner service, lighten your load and start getting your items delivered.

Plus, who doesn’t love having their purchases delivered to their front door? Use your Retail Runner App to send multiple packages to different destinations without leaving your favourite store. To send only one package with multiple items from different stores, just head to the Guest Services desk and book your service.

**How does Retail Runner work?**
1. Shop at Melbourne Central.
2. Book your service from your Retail Runner App or at the Guest Services desk on L1.
3. Specify where your items are being delivered. Is it your house? Work? Hotel?
4. Confirm the number of bags you will be sending.
5. Select the date and time you’d like everything to be delivered.
6. Confirm payment details.
7. Get your tracking number and keep shopping! Or if you prefer, head out bag free.
